A premier global center for cross-disciplinary learning, dedicated to fostering comprehensive talent and growth

Life Art  Technology Center (LATC) is a next-generation higher education institution based in New York. In partnership with the New York College of Health Professions(NYCHP), LATC holds degree program filing eligibility with the New York State Education Department and is recognized by China’s Ministry of Education through the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange. Certificate and Professional Development are also accredited with the University of California Santa Barbara PaCE.

LATC is built on three core pillars: Life, Art, and Technology. Its curriculum integrates Expressive Arts Therapy, AI creative practice, East–West life sciences, and entrepreneurship into a single course of study. Grounded in embodied cognition and mind–body alignment, LATC brings these disciplines together within one accredited degree pathway.

Life + Art + Technology = LATC Foundational Model

LATC  brings together artificial intelligence, expressive arts therapy, and East–West life sciences into a single system of development, centered on the coordinated growth of body, emotion, and cognition.

Embodied Cognition Cognition is shaped through the body. Through artistic practice, movement, and interaction with AI systems, students train perception and develop somatic intelligence. They learn to read subtle signals, refine attention, and act with precision. This depth of learning does not emerge from screen-based education alone.

Mind–Body Alignment Students draw from Chinese medical emotion theory, Western psychology, and neuroscience to build a stable internal framework. They learn to regulate attention, sustain clarity, and remain steady under pressure. In fast, iterative environments, their work holds its shape.

Students leave not only with skills, but with a system that holds under pressure.

Our campus is situated on Long Island’s North Shore, where median household incomes in select towns range from $240,000 to $350,000—well above the New York State average. The area offers exceptional educational resources and public safety, with convenient access to Midtown Manhattan and the vibrant Chinese community in Flushing, giving students the best of both worlds.
